Extra Curricular Activities (ECA)

A healthy mind is an alert mind that is achieved through physical well being. Our students undergo physical education and play a variety of sports. We have many open-air and indoor sporting factilities. Besides, there are trained coaches/instructors who ensure that our students get the best training in games and sports.

There are 15-20 minutes of aerobics, callisthenics, martial arts, horse riding, swimming, shooting, athletics or yoga or all students every morning, except Sundays and other holidays.

Games like basketball, volleyball, throw ball, kabbadi, kho-kho, cricket, football and athletics are compulsory for all students. Apart from these, such student must take up at least one indoor sport, like table tennis, taekwondo or cross-country running. We conduct various inter-house and inter-school competitions in each of these sports. There are also friendly matches with local teams apart from outside participation.
